Our mission is to positively impact communities worldwide by providing youth and their families opportunities to develop necessary skills needed to lead self-sufficient lives so they can find hope and success in life, jobs, careers and become future entrepreneurs that contribute and build a legacy that builds a sustainable world for future generations to come.

John Cox: Impact On People is achieving more with our initiatives than ever before. We work on many exciting projects to help improve the lives of others, and are very proud of the progress we continue to make. Life Skills/ Career Planning
John Cox works with youth in the community to help them assess what type of career works best for them. We help each participant get a better understanding of what career path aligns best with their strengths and interests and in many cases provide hands-on training to certify the enrollee and help them to secure employment or start their own business.
